The Evening of Excellence on Saturday, November 14 we will recognize eight teachers from across the Catholic Diocese of Memphis for their commitment to the mission of Catholic education. The program for the evening includes musical performances from our Catholic school choirs, orchestras, and bands. And we will honor one teacher as the Diocesan “Christ the Teacher Award” winner for the 2025-2026 school year. Our goals for the evening are to recognize and celebrate our teachers for their outstanding work in the school community. Secondarily, we aim to raise $50,000 to enhance the on-going professional formation of our Catholic school teachers through our Emmaus Institute. Through corporate and family sponsorships, donations, and event revenue we will be able to provide world-class formation opportunities for our teachers in Memphis and continue a tradition of excellence.
